Altogether a good choice in a marvellous and exceptionally nice setting. Location in the middle of the city. And just next door to the closest train station, and shops and places.

Great facilities including a big TV for the kids, American-style fridge freezer, and a well-equipped kitchen. the on-site activities like snooker, tennis, and swimming were a hit with the whole family. the staff at Tolroy Manor Park were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. St Ives is a beautiful place to explore, and the R.I. B. ride to the lighthouse and seals was a highlight.
Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

I had a great stay at 44 Trevithick View! The apartment was cosy and well-maintained, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. The big TV and American fridge freezer were impressive features, and the kitchen was big enough with a great cooker. The remote radiators provided added convenience. I also appreciated the helpful tip about watching out for the sea gulls. I had a very enjoyable experience and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Big TV with Cocomelon for my 20-month-old granddaughter, mind-blowing big ovens, hob & grill, super 4-slice toaster, jaw-dropping American style fridge freezer, loved having Alexa in the kitchen for separate music while making meals. Picturesque St. Ives and the R.I.B. ride to the lighthouse and seals were unforgettable. Had a great time, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was great for exploring the beautiful SW of Cornwall. The house was clean, tidy, and practical, providing plenty of space for our large group. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, with its big fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The key being in the locker made checking in and out a breeze. The big TV and free wifi were nice touches, and the swimming pool and playground in the area provided extra entertainment for both kids and adults. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back in the future.
While there were many positives about our stay, we did encounter a couple of drawbacks. the WiFi was a bit intermittent, which affected the TV reception at times.

Stayed at a lovely private apartment with all the amenities we needed. Big TV for the grandkids to watch their favorite show, Cocomelon, and a great big kitchen with an American-style fridge freezer. Alexa in the kitchen was a bonus, perfect for listening to the radio while cooking. the shower worked well and there was a big clock on the wall near the kitchen. the facilities on the John Fowler site were excellent, including a kids club, snooker, pool, tennis, squash. the onsite pub/club provided bingo and evening entertainment, and there was even an arcade with slots and video games. We also enjoyed exploring the picturesque St Ives and going on a R.I. B. ride to see the lighthouse and seals. we had a great time at 44 Trevithick View and in Cornwall. Cons: Nothing, all excellent 😊.
